The best way to contact us is submitting a ticket on the HelpDesk system.

We do not have a phone number for contact, if you need to speake with a real person please submit a ticket with the reason you would like to talk to us and a phone number for us to call you back.

To submit a new ticket please follow the instructions below:

Go to our HelpDesk.

Select a department you wish to contact and submit the ticket using the email address on your account.

You will get an automated reply with your ticket number, please keep the ticket number for your records and include it in the subject (including brackets) of all future emails regarding the same issue.

Please include as much details as possible (ie: order number, item number, etc...) to help expedite your answer.

You should receive a reply within 2 business days.
